Brian O. Finnerty

Brian Finnerty has been practicing law in Tallahassee since being admitted to the Florida Bar in January of 2012.  Mr. Finnerty was born in Augusta, Georgia and was raised in Thomson, Georgia.  He attended Thomson High School in Thomson, Georgia and graduated in 2001.  He graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens in 2006, with a major in Sociology and a minor in History.  He received his J.D. from the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia in 2011.  Mr. Finnerty was admitted to the Florida Bar in January of 2012 and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida in March of 2012.

Brian has dedicated his career as a trial attorney to helping individuals who have been harmed and mistreated by the rich and powerful. Brian has a passion for helping individuals and litigating claims on behalf of his clients against their employers, health care providers, insurance companies, property managers and landlords.
